Packaging & Shipping Partners

Your Eke Clothing order is packed using R3Pack 100% recycled courier bags and shipped with Zappy.

Processing Time

We aim to pack and ship orders within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from our HQ in Christchurch are:

  • New Zealand: 3–5 business days from courier pickup
  • Australia: Up to 10 business days from courier pickup

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Some locations may take longer, and delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Signature on Delivery

All deliveries require a signature to reduce the risk of lost or damaged parcels.

If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the courier will notify you of the pickup location or next steps. Please consider your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

Shipping Delays or Lost Parcels

If we are notified of a shipping delay, we will do our best to let you know.

If you’re concerned your order is delayed or may be lost, please contact us at hello@ekeclothing.com and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.

Risk and Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided and signed for, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you, in line with our Terms of Service.
