Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below is how returns, faults, and our circular eke buy back programme work.
Faulty Product
Our products are carefully checked for quality before they’re shipped. However, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if an Eke Clothing product is found to be faulty prior to use, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
- We will cover all costs associated with returning a faulty item
- We may ask for photos as proof of the fault before arranging a replacement, repair, or refund

Change of Mind
We get it. Sometimes a purchase just isn’t right.
If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item at your own cost in exchange for an Eke Clothing online store credit. Returned items based on a change of mind must be unused and in original condition.

End of Use
We are a circular clothing brand, which means we take responsibility for our garments beyond first wear. That means we take back your eke clothing products once your baby has grown out of them, regardless of condition, at our expense.
Here’s how it works:
- Email us at hello@ekeclothing.com
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Once we receive your items, you’ll receive an Eke Clothing store credit of $5 per item
